It would be fair to say all of us at Gameguide are yet to be convinced the Wii is a console any of us would get into. HOWEVER a small video came across my desk from the just released “Rabbids go Home” which made my eyebrows rise and question my decision on the Wii.
If you have played any of the Rayman games you would have came across Rabbids on “Rayman Raving Rabbids”. It seems these wacky partying animals have become so popular Ubisoft have decided to give them their own game.

After having their game leaked to the planet’s pirating populace and catching flack for some of the controversial secrets revealed therein, one could say that the folks at Infinity Ward are having a fairly rough week. However, they brought their latest batch of hardships upon themselves. As of today there is no official Battlefield Bad Company 2 Beta and I wanted to warn people out there of fake/hoax sites perpetrating to have a sign-up for one. We do not have any form of beta sign-ups, nor would we ever endorse such a practice or shady url to do so. Please do not let these e-tards take advantage of your enthusiasm for BFBC2 in their scam and only give them the middle-finger if anything. So, unless you read it here or from our official Twitter page it isn’t real. //GvD

3 Kill Streak: Uav – Enemies show as a red dot on the radar for 30 seconds. 4 Kill Streak: Care Package – Random package is dropped onto the map which can be collected by anyone on your team or on the other team it will of either ammo or a killstreak increase. 4 Kill Streak: Counter Uav – Enemies UAV is blocked. 5 Kill Streak: Sentry Gun – A computer controlled gun can be placed anywhere on the map which will automatically shoot enemies on sight 5 Kill Streak: Predator Missile 6 Kill Streak: Precision Airstrike – A computer controlled precise airstrike. 7 Kill Streak: Harrier Strike 7 Kill Streak: Attack Helicopter – A helicopter comes for 60 seconds and shoots enemies. 8 Kill Streak: Emergency Airdrop – 4 Care Packages are dropped onto the map 9 Kill Streak: Pave low 9 Kill Streak: Stealth Bomber 11 Kill Streak: Chopper Gunner – A more armoured helicopter comes for 60 seconds and shoots enemies. 11 Kill Streak: AC130 – You will get to be the gunner of a AC130 ontop of the battlefield 15 Kill Streak: Emp – Disables enemies HUD for a fixed amount of time 25 Kill Streak: Tactical Nuke – A nuke demolishes everyone and your team auto wins Did I read that right? A game ending tactical nuke…. that would suck to be on the loosing team.
Ok, please tell me you know what game is being released in ten days time. Tell me that you’ve already pre-ordered it, and that you know it’s the most anticipated game of the year. Wet immediately brings to mind the Grindhouse style that Quentin Tarantino recently made popular. This styling of low budget horror, kung-fu and exploitation movies form the 70’s achieved a cult following despite poor print quality, and this homage adds to the over the top and visually violent game play that is the essence of Wet.
